The City Open H K cover is waterproof (IPX5), treated and painted to resist to major weather conditions over time. All the inner components have been specifically designed to allow correct boiler operation up to -10 °C.

Italtherm has designed and developed a new stainless steel heat exchanger with extra wide water passages: the inner section of the coils has been increased by 4 times in comparison to the market standards.
These components, together with the ICS, have been specially designed to increase the modulation range up to 1:10.
City Open H K can operate with all types of gas and mixtures of natural gas + 20% hydrogen, without the need to change nozzles.
The ICS system recognises the type of gas and automatically adapts itself to it.
City Open H K improves the acoustic performance inside the home thanks to the double-sealed chamber, which is coated with a material with noise-absorbing and soundproofing properties, and to the silencer air box, which significantly reduces the noise generated by the air intake in the chamber.
City Open H K is equipped with control inside the boiler, for services maintenance operations.
Italtherm keeps using the brass on its hydraulic units to ensure maximum reliability and robustness of its products.
