Italtherm's entire range of high-power heat pumps is equipped with advanced electronics that can manage and control every component of the heating system, allowing for customized configuration based on your needs. Thanks to the outside air temperature sensor, the water flow probe for heating and the probe in the storage tank (if present) for DHW, the electronics of Italtherm hybrid products independently decide the most efficient energy source: heat pump, heat pump + gas boiler, gas boiler.

FUNCTIONS

FUNCTIONS:

The Multifunction Remote Control has 2 usage profiles with differentiated menus: one for the user and one for the technician (the latter accesses all configuration parameters of each component of the system). The multifunction remote control is by default in the "Comfort" mode where the algorithm prioritizes comfort over efficiency. By intervening on the menu, however, several operating modes are possible:

  • AUTO - the algorithm independently manages heating and cooling
  • ECO - the algorithm prioritizes efficiency over comfort
  • SILENT - the algorithm maximizes the quietness of the outdoor unit (2 levels)
  • ANTILEGIONELLA - electronics intervenes on DHW temperature
  • SMART GRID/PHOTOVOLTAIC - based on the 3 operating modes, the system stores heat using photovoltaic orelectricity
  • CLIMATE CURVES - based on the 32 available climate curves, the algorithm independently regulates the whole system
  • HEATING AND COOLING MANAGEMENT with 16 different climate curves per mode
  • DHW BOLLET MANAGEMENT, SOLAR INTEGRATION, BOILER and DHW RECYCLING PUMP MANAGEMENT
  • BOILER INTEGRATION MANAGEMENT or backup electric heater
  • ECO MODE with double settable setpoint
  • HOLIDAY MODE: antifreeze and DHW management with dedicated setpoints and anti-legionella treatment on DHW at the end of the set mode
