ITALTHERM’s Research and Development Centre uses BIM and CAD 3D systems, relying on modern computer technologies for each project, from prototype modeling to co-engineering with its suppliers.
Single components are produced and assembled in the Prototype Lab and used in the creation of final models.
In our new Research Labs (one for the gas boilers and one for the heat pumps) thanks to the utilization of high precision instruments, all prototype are submitted to efficiency and durability tests on their entire lifecycle, so granting reliability, conformance and the highest quality for all the manufactured boilers.
ITALTHERM can test gas boilers in heavy workload conditions, with climatic tests in the Climatic Test Room and with electromagnetic tests in the RF Shielding Room.
